Art. 1 . The CHRISTIAN RENEWAL CHURCH was founded in June 1952, with headquarters and administration in the Capital of the State of São Paulo, at Rua Harmonia, nº 670 - Vila Madalena - Brazil, originally at number 539 on the same street, is a meeting of devotees of Jesus Christ, who do not seek any lucrative interests of a mercenary spirit, but that of offering services of worship to God. (I Corinthians, 15:19).
Single paragraph. Its members will not be tithes under any pretext, considering that the collection of tithes was not commanded by the Lord Jesus nor is it compatible with the doctrine of the New Testament (Matthew, 10:8).
Art. 2. IGREJA RENOVADORA CHRISTÁ will not configure itself as an employer, and as such, will not remunerate or indemnify under any circumstances its members who exercise the spiritual Ministry, and likewise those who hold civil positions, such as: in the Administrative Board, or others of any nature, including caretakers who will reside free of charge on Church premises, and who will take care of their conservation; however, they will have their reward from God (Matthew, 6:33 and Mark, 9:41). – It is the master who pays his servants and it is not the servants of the same master who pay one of his fellow servants for services rendered to the same master (Matthew, 20:1-16). Therefore, no member will receive compensation in cash or in kind.
Art. 3. THE CHRISTIAN RENEWING CHURCH is not and will not be affiliated with any other religious community, whether of national or foreign origin (Ephesians, 4:14).

Upon being sworn in, the politician will simultaneously exonerate himself, by himself, from communion with the Church, thus losing all the rights as a member, which had been conferred on him by God, and thus the teachings of the Lord Jesus, who said: “No one can serve two masters...” (Matthew, 6:24, John, 6:15 and II Timothy, 2,4).
Art. 8. In this same order, those who will take part in the Administrative Board and the Supervisory Board of the Church are included (Philippians, 2:25, Colossians, 4:11, I Timothy, 3:1-13, Titus, 1:6-9 and 1 Peter, 5:1)
